FAQ
Pre-orders
Why is everything a pre-order?
Because the markers are being made right now. We paid for the first production run up front, and pre-orders are how a small brand funds a run without a warehouse full of stock it guessed at.
The upside for you is that you get first pick of the first run. The downside is that you wait, and we would rather say that plainly than bury it.
When will my order ship?
From mid-September 2026. Stock lands with us in late August and we pack in order of purchase, so the earlier you ordered, the earlier yours goes out.
What if it is late?
You hear it from us first, with a new date and the option of a full refund. We are not going to leave you refreshing a tracking page.
Can I cancel?
Any time before it ships, for a full refund. Reply to your order confirmation and say so. We do not ask why and there is no form to fill in.
Am I charged now or when it ships?
Now. That is what funds the run, and it is why we are direct about the date.
The markers
What are they made of?
Solid iron, cut and plated. Not printed plastic, and not the pressed tin thing that comes free with a sleeve of balls.
How heavy are they?
The Monogram is eight grams, near enough to a dollar coin. The Culture markers run from four to seven grams depending on the shape.
Weight is the thing people notice first. A typical giveaway marker is about a gram, and it feels like it.
How big is it?
About two thirds the width of a golf ball. Every marker is 1.5 mm thick and sits flat, so it stays where you put it and does not roll away.
Are they legal to use in a competition?
Yes. The Rules of Golf specify a ball marker must be smaller than 40mm in diameter, and all of ours are designed to fit within these rules.
Will it scratch my ball?
No. It sits on the green next to the ball, not against it.
Ordering and delivery
How much is shipping?
Free, anywhere in Australia, with no minimum spend.
Do you ship overseas?
Not yet. If you are overseas and want a set, email us and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
How long does delivery take once posted?
Two to six business days to metro areas, five to twelve to regional and remote. Those are Australia Post's estimates rather than promises.
What is the Founding 30?
Buy any two markers and we send the Monogram free. It is the first thirtypre-orders only, because thirty Monograms is the entire first run.
That works out at $38 for three markers worth $57.
Can I change my order or my address?
Yes, if it has not shipped. Email us with your order number.
Problems
It arrived damaged, or it did not arrive
Email us with your order number and a photo if it is damage. We will replace it or refund you.
I have changed my mind
If it has not shipped, we refund you in full. If it has, our refund policy covers the change-of-mind window.
Something is faulty
Tell us and we will sort it. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and we are not going to make you quote the legislation at us to get a straight answer.
Everything else
Can I get a custom or club marker?
We are planning to offer customer ball markers in the future, and become a supplier of markers to Australia's most prestigous golf courses. If you're interested, please email us as we'd love to hear more.
Will there be more designs?
Yes. Eleven is where we are starting, not where we are stopping. The email list hears first.
Who makes these?
A small operation in Australia run by Blake and Debbie. The designs are original, drawn for this range. There is more on the about page.
